Chaz Bono

The Goddess of Pop Cher only has two kids, and one of them is Chaz Bono, her transman son with her late former husband, Sonny Bono. Fans first knew Chaz as Chastity, the cute little girl with golden hair that the ex-couple carried when he’s still young. However, after going under the knife for a gender reassignment surgery, he’s now widely known as Chaz.

His decision might raise a couple of eyebrows, but Chaz didn’t feel any degree of regret after doing the procedure. He proudly said that it’s the way he’s born, and there’s no single doubt in his mind about it. The celebrity kid shared his thoughts about the process of transitioning in his memoir, Transition: The Story of How I Became a Man, and documentary, Becoming Chaz. Chaz admitted, though, that the process took its toll on him, his family, his mom Cher, and his partner, Jennifer Elia. Despite that, all is well now, as Chaz remains the same person he has always been. This time, he’s in the right body.
