Dusty Rogers Jr.
Dusty Rogers Jr., widely known as “Dusty”, has dedicated his life and showbiz career to continue the legacy of his late parents Dale Evans and Roy Rogers. Rogers was famous for his portrayal of the heroic acts of a cowboy of the West in the white hat who chased away the bad guys and protected his village. Dusty has been proud to say in all of his interviews that he’s living in the shadows of his father’s fame and that it’s his responsibility to continue what his father, the King of the Cowboys, left so much to the world.
To Dusty’s credit, he never forgot to create his own identity as an artist and formed his own group of country musicians call The High Riders in 1982. Since then, he has been a regular performer at many international music festivals and events. Apart from being the President of the Roy Rogers-Dale Evans Museum, Dusty is one of the surviving members of the Sons of the Pioneers, a musical ensemble of country singers and musicians that was formed by his father at the very beginning of his career.
