Johnny Depp – $25 Million Property, Saint-Tropez
Born on June 9, 1963, in Owensboro, Kentucky, John Christopher Depp II is an American actor, film producer, and musician. Johnny Depp is fond of making real estate investments, resulting in a substantial real estate portfolio that includes his sprawling Saint-Tropez property. It is a 37-acre village, located in the South of France. Depp put this property on the market for a whopping $25 million but later decided to take it off at the end of 2017.
Before it was removed, the price was only available upon request when it was still listed. Located outside of the exclusive seaside town of Saint-Tropez, Depp had invested about $11 million to restore the 18th-century building. It features a main house, six guest cottages, one of which was converted into a chapel, and a restaurant. In total, it has 15 beds and 14 baths.
