Leonardo DiCaprio – $1.75 Million Estate, Belize

Born on November 11, 1974, in Los Angeles, California, Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio is a famous American actor, filmmaker, and promoter of environmental concepts. DiCaprio began his career in the 1990s by making commercials. He is not only a well-recognized talent in Hollywood but he’s also known for legendary works as an environmentalist. That’s probably the reason why he placed a huge investment in a 104-acre island called Blackadore Caye off the mainland of Belize.

This was a huge move for him and he transferred the island into a place where luxury meets the waves of the ocean. With his effort, he transformed the whole island into an environment-friendly resort. He decided to construct 36 villas and 36 residential homes which are all powered by reusable energy such as solar power. Now that’s a sustainable investment!
