Wendy Williams – $1.475 Million Home, New Jersey

Wendy Williams is a TV host, businesswoman, media celebrity, and writer. Since 2008, she has hosted the national TV talk show “The Wendy Williams Show”. After staying on the market for almost a year, Wendy Williams has finally sold her suburban home in Livingstone, New Jersey. She officially said goodbye to her house after a tumultuous live event. It looks like she was rushing to sell the property after agreeing to let it go for a lower price.

The house was initially listed for about $1.9 million. Sadly, it was still far cheaper than the price that she paid when she bought it for $2.1 million in 2009. Anyhow, the new owner would be sure of the home security with its huge gate that secured the house from any evildoers. Some of its features were 5,700 square feet of living space with an added 2,500 square feet of basement space.
