Will Smith – $42 Million Estate, California

Smith married actress Jada Pinkett in 1997. They currently have one son and one daughter: Jayden Christopher Seery and Willow Camille Reagan. Later, Jayden and his father co-starred in the movie “The Pursuit of Happyness” in 2006, and Willow also co-starred in the movie “I Am Legend” in 2007 with his father. Given that Smith’s hasty financial management put him on the verge of bankruptcy in 1990, most of us probably think that Will Smith will have a hard time finding the perfect space for him and his family.

However, with a stroke of luck and of course a huge bank account, he managed to land himself a one of a kind investment in California. Initially, Will and his wife, Jada bought the property for $20 million and underwent renovations. After a couple of years, the value of the estate is now at $42 million! Their place is so big they needed to have their own zip code. Well, how cool was that?
