Conor Mcgregor is one of the biggest names in the mixed-martial-arts scenes. He’s part of the UFC roster and held a couple of championships around his belt. McGregor started his fighting career in 2008. During this period, he won two championships, namely the former UFC featherweight champion and the former UFC lightweight champion, which made him the first fighter in UFC history to have two titles at the same time.

Of course, most of his fights happen away from his home in Ireland and that’s probably the main reason why he spent $2.9 million in a house situated in Nevada. His real estate investment proved a vital part in preparing himself for a fight since he’ll never worry himself traveling back and forth just to get all things straightened up before he enters the octagon. He recently placed the property for sale a couple of years ago with an asking price of around $2.99 million.
