Jeff Franklin – $4 Million Home, San Francisco

Jeff Franklin made a living behind the scenes as a producer and director. He’s also one of the most creative minds in the entertainment landscape and proof of that was his most well-known show, The Full House. Franklin’s most famous film awards include the teenage comedies “Just One of the Guys” and “Summer School” starring Mark Harmon. In 2014, he sold another house in Hollywood Hills designed by Landry for $30 million.

That show might have had a huge connection to him since he shelled out cold cash just to get his hand on the house that was featured in his sitcom. Franklin skipped the loan part and grabbed the “Full House” for a whopping $4 million! He did a little bit of renovation to restore the property to its former glory and he successfully changed the whole outlook of the house.
