Bill Gates is one of the wealthiest persons in the world and all of that fortune points towards his smart investment venture for establishing Microsoft Corporation. Little did he know the company that he and his childhood friend, Paul Allen, would be one of the leading companies in today’s world. In the “Forbes” Global Rich List from 1995 to 2007, Bill Gates has been the world’s richest man for 13 consecutive years.

In April of this year, “Forbes” announced the list of the world’s richest people. Bill Gates ranked second with a net worth of US$98 billion. Because of his success and his fortune, he managed to grab a property in Washington that cost $147.5 million. His property covers 66,000 square feet of land filled with state of the art fixtures such as a private library, making it one of his favorite spots in his state.
