Ryan Lewis – $8 Million Mansion, Seattle

When it comes to music, Ryan Lewis is one of the top players on the scenes. He is a famous disc jockey, record producer, photographer, graphic designer, rapper, and songwriter. You name it, he can do it all apparently. The single “Thrift Shop” released by him and Ben Hagerty was ranked number one on the Billboard Top 100 in 2013. Their second single “Can’t Hold Us” also topped the singles chart. This makes them the first duo in history to have two singles consecutively topped the Billboard Singles Chart.

Because of his well-rounded talent in many facets of the industry, he easily acquired a mansion in Seattle that cost him around $8 million. The mansion is situated perfectly on 7,650 square feet of land and houses four bedrooms. It also sports five bathrooms filled with Venetian plaster. Rumors say that the ceilings are filled with gold leaf decorations. We can safely assume that all of these are well protected by a top-class home security system.
